The same 160 minutes, five days a week. Consistency is the whole method: the gold trading room opens at the same time, covers the same two openings, and closes at the same time — so what you learn on Monday is directly comparable to what you see on Friday.

A one-pair, one-session gold trading room is not for everyone, and Kerwin reads every message personally. Here's the shape of it, so you can rule yourself in or out before writing.
A good fit if
- You can be at a screen most weekday mornings, 7:50 to 10:30 EST — or you'll genuinely watch the recordings.
- You want to learn gold price action yourself, session by session, rather than following someone.
- You're willing to trade one pair and ignore everything else for a while.
- You've been burned by hype before and you're now looking for something plain.
Probably not a fit if
- You want signals to copy without understanding them.
- You're looking for guaranteed returns. Nobody can offer those, and Kerwin won't pretend otherwise.
- You want coverage of crypto, indices or other forex pairs. This room is gold only.
- Your schedule makes the New York morning impossible and you know you won't review the recordings.
